My initial submission was done in July, it is September and I still have not been contacted by him or the suppliers to correct my issues submitted! I have contacted the manager over the warranty department Hope Palmer, and she has not responded. It appears they do not honor there 11-month warranty request for the shoddy work that was done! There are others in my neighborhood that are also being ignored by the warranty department. Patriot Ridge is a DR Horton natural gas community, coming soon to the heart of Crestview, Florida.
